CANTERVIEW

The true open floor-plan is a rare find in a 60s ranch and really created a dramatic affect.

– Casey Barton

This is one of the largest projects that we have taken on to date. This house had sat vacant for many years and fell victim to vandals. All of the plumbing, wiring and AC were gone. Upon entering the house for the first time, we knew that all of the walls had to go. It was a series of tiny rooms. The result? Breathtaking! The huge open living area leaves endless options for the new homeowners. One of the bedrooms (there were originally four) was removed. The space was divided up to create a HUGE walk-in closet, a new powder bath and extra space in the den area. Reclaimed hardwoods were added to the entire house. Granite in the kitchen and Jack & Jill bath. Marble in the powder and master baths. The fireplace was completely refaced with modern wallpaper, an exotic marble surround and built-in shelves. This one remains one of Raymond’s favorites.
